GUILD RANKS.

From today we will be restructuring the Guild Rank system in Reset Gaming WoW on Chrommagus. This is because the guild
is increasing in size and their is now scope for additional ranks within the Guild.

TRIAL MEMBERS - Well Done! You have been selected to join us, during this time you may or may not be asked to raid with RGC, this depends on how full the other raids are, and if we need to test your dps/tanking/healing abilities during this time, we would expect you to come with us immediately if asked. This is a two/three week trial period, in which your attitude and abilities will be watched. not only within RGC but in raids and groups that you may pug outside of RGC. Bad Guild Members reflect Poorly on the whole guild, so if you do not show the required attributes you will be gkicked without explanation or warning.

MEMBER - Members who have gone through Trial and have been seen by the officers to show the attributes we require, such as timely attendance at raids and respect and helpfulness towards other guildies, Members will be given priority raid spots over TRIALS. Members can request Guild Bank Materials at 50% of their AH value in order to enchant their weapons/armour.

VETERAN MEMBERS - Veteran Members have shown outstanding loyalty and helpfullness to the guild, have raided with us for over three months, and have been an excelent example for the rest of the guild. Veteran Members have the same rights to Materials from the Guild Bank as Members, but will also be allowed to borrow Guild Bank Gold (on approval) and have Priority Progress Raid Spots over Members. Veteran Members can request Guild Bank materials at 50% of their AH value in order to enchant their weapons/armour.

EXALTED MEMBERS - Creme da le Creme, the star members who have reached Veteran Member and Have been consistantly raiding with us Week in Week Out. Exalted members will have to show to be active continuously throughout every week, if activity has deteriorated they will be demoted until they are active again, this is mainly based on raid activity. The EM's will also need to have a high gear level for the spec they wish to raid as. Exalted Members can request Guild Bank materials at 25% of their AH value in order to enchant their weapons/armour. EM's also should show us that they do not faulter in the eyes of azeroths most dangerous creatures.

OFFICER/GUILD LEADER - These Ranks are only available to Exalted Members who have shown Outstanding Loyalty and Ability.

The admin behind these changes have been completed and are in place at this moment in time, this restructure is backed by the whole leadership of RGC and it is a positive change for people looking into something extra to work for.
