Your application has been successful down to a few conditions, its up to you if you wish to accept them or not.

You will need to heavily run heroics in your own time to pickup as much 226 as possible, you will also need to look at doing the daily as much as possible to pick up the 232 pieces, and then we can look at helping out with ulduar and naxx gear, then when you are ready to hardcore raid we will look at taking you into TOC.
